Customarily , the cost for having an officiant fore either function is $250 to $300. With a Military Chaplain there is no charge, they are not allowed to charge.  Rev. Burke is not a military Chaplain, though he works with a Strike Team that is comprised of Chaplains through the Virginia Defense Force and the Virginia National Guard.  What happens generally, is that a donation is usually made to an organization of the family's choosing. We hope that if you use us, that you consider us for that donation.  Your donation goes toward the enrichment of the servicemember's body mind and soul here in Hampton Roads and makes our mission that much more vital to the community.
