Ministry Project # 2
In keeping with our commitment to nurture the spiritual and professional growth of not only just our servicemembers, but their families too, we would like to connect you to the Newburgh Theological Seminary. The Sentinel is not connected to them but we believe they have the best programs available that do not require Student Loans.

FEMA - The Federal Emergency Management Administration offers free courses in Emergency Management through the Emergency Management Institute
When a disaster strikes, you will never know where or when. FEMA will be able to help with these courses from the Emergency Management Institute. Here you will learn about the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and how these rules of engagement will apply to the Incident Command System (ICS) . NIMS will be able to bring about inter-agency compatibility and operability among all partners ranging with civilian and military resources. As you progress with these courses, you can take them until you pass them. Once you pas them you will get a certificate that documents your completion. Each class in it's description tells you how much the class is worth in Continuing Education Units that can be applied for credit. FEMA offers professional development courses through its online training. Be sure to get IS 100,200, 700, & 800 most importantly, but take as many of these as you wish.
At The Sentinel, we offer top-notch community service training and preparation for like-minded individuals who value camaraderie and service. Our program provides valuable skills and knowledge to help you serve your community with excellence.
